It is even worse when one gets judged by friends or family, I have a friend who was REJECTED by his friends because she was 2 years older and of the opposite religion. Gives you an idea of how much we mind our own business :-)

This was very funny. I have never had the chance to comment on your blog before but I feel I need defend my fellow male brethren (or at least some ). As such, I wish to submit my checklist for my ideal woman:
1. Very intelligent, preferably being able to carry a conversation in a multitude of varied topics. The more off beat the better (Check)
2. Has a big heart and is willing to show compassion to everyone. (check)
3. Being able to laugh at my jokes, and to bring my spirits up no matter how down I feel. (Big Check)
4. Being able to read my mind when I am not particularly talkative. (double check!!)
5. Physical appearance (it is an added incentive I will not lie but never decisive) (half a check)
Yes I realise this may be considered lame by a lot, but it is whole-heartedly sincere!

The 3 year rule applies only when men are in their twenties, once they are in their thirties it becomes the 10 year rule, once in their fourties it becomes the 15 year rule, once in their fifties, it becomes the 20 year rule! you see, men are allowed to grow up, grow old, grow older, women on the other hand have to stay 25!!

You are very right, maybe it doesn’t happen exactly in this way, there are no lists and no ticks buttttttttt even if there is no hardcopy for the ticks but this is the algorithm of “a man starting a relationship” :)
