It appears like the n7w website has displayed intermediate rankings every now and then after the final 21 were declared, they display the rankings for a week then they remove them. The rankings are displayed as "top 7" "middle 7" and "lower 7".
In both January and March Petra has been in the top 7, so that is very good news. They don't specify ranking between sites in each tier.
