I guess the most wonderful thing that I exprerinced while I was in Amman on my last trip was the dabbling,the freindship and the warmth of welcoming.
Well, I ate a lot and so many different types of food but I did not gain weight because we smiled,laughed, talked and listened to the wonderful stories. All that positive energy made me digest the food quickly.

Firas...nice idea, we should use this next phrase time..but Jameed is not my thing, I don't do mansaf for guests..I can never compete with older and more authentic:) Jordanian women so I do the things I'm good at..The quiche was excellent though..
